How long does the quoting process take?
The quoting process normally takes 3-5 business days. Standard shapes and size can be less however specialty packaging can vary.
What files are needed to create the artwork?
The files needed to create any artwork are almost always the same. CMA will need your logo in vector form, fonts, colors and high resolutions imagery.
How many colors need to be printed?

What if I do not have a design yet?
If you do not have a design or concept yet, our creative team has you covered. They will work with you to create exactly what you are looking for.
Is there a minimum order size?
The minimum order for all CMA work is $500.
What is a die or dieline?
A die is a plate that converts a material into a shape by cutting, forming and folding. A dieline serves as the template for how the final packaging will be printed and produced.
What are setup fees?
All set up fees may consist of the creation of the custom die creation, dielines, mockups and artwork preparation.
How do items get shipped?
All completed items or samples will be shipped via courier, freight, Fedex or UPS (CMA account or clients account).
Are there minimum and maximum sizes for packaging?
There are no minimum or maximum sizes on packaging however, some product types and processes will be limited.
What material is best to used?
A consultation meeting will be best to determine what material is best to use. Each product type is specific to your needs.
How does CMA receive payment?
Since we are always giving you great pricing, a check is preferred. Payment terms may vary from project to project (Digital/ACH and Wire are also accepted).
